The experts at Presley Land Management understand the Texas climate and the grasses that grow best.  This is why we are busy with sod installations all around the DFW area.  We have the knowledge and experience to install sod that will quickly grow to become lush, green grass that you will love.

Our sod installation teams are trained to help determine the type of sod you need and calculate the amount to purchase.  But, in case you are wondering, a full pallet of grass will cover approximately 450 sq. feet.  That would be about 150 pieces of sod that are about 16 x 24 inches in size.   There are 3 types of sod that are best in the DFW environment:  St. Augustine, Bermuda and Zoysia.  These are shown below.  We can discuss which type is best for you.
